Terms and conditions

The editing is done by Venios Volden, the editor responsible for the project. There is no incorporated company behind it and no stake in any of the services described, and complaints about what is published go to that same person. The method behind each card is set out in who writes this.

What exists here are descriptions of prices, comparisons and warnings. This domain runs no image-processing service of any kind; it does not store or hand out executables, installers, models or archives, and it does not point at them with a link. Nothing is accepted from readers: there is no form that would allow it, and an attachment reaching the mailbox is deleted without being opened.

The amounts, deadlines and rules that appear on each page come from documents the operators publish themselves and are quoted as those operators' claims, with the year they were read. No figure here comes from a test performed here, and where an operator publishes nothing, the text says so instead of filling the gap.

It is worth repeating here in full, because it is the project's only source of income: the buttons that open a service carry an affiliate marker, and the operator pays a percentage when someone signs up after passing through one. In the code they are marked rel="sponsored nofollow noopener" and they open in a new tab. Every service in the catalogue runs an affiliate programme and every button is in that arrangement, so no recommendation on this site is disinterested in the literal sense.

That commission does not buy a position on the list, a score, the removal of a warning, or silence about a price an operator hides. The order is written against the published criteria before anyone looks at which programme pays better, which is why the first name and the most heavily flagged one are linked the same way. What each of them charges is taken apart in the six that took over the searches.

The underlying legal requirement is the one that applies to any advertising. Article 50 of Republic Act 7394, the Consumer Act of the Philippines, makes a deceptive act or practice by a seller or supplier in connection with a consumer transaction a violation of that Act, whether it happens before, during or after the transaction, and the Department of Trade and Industry enforces it. Translated to this site: what an operator promises in its own advertising binds that operator to you, and what is written here about its price binds this editor.

Everything is published as it stands, with the year of review printed on it. Prices, refund rules and payment methods in this category move without notice, so a figure can age before anyone notices. Once you enter a third-party service, the contract is between that operator and you: this editor does not answer for losses arising from what you decide after reading.

That limit is easier to understand through cases. A package advertised as a one-off purchase that ended up renewing by itself: the money comes back from the operator or from the provider that processed the payment. A service that promised to erase the file it received within twenty-four hours and did not: the promise was its own, and here it appears quoted as its claim, not as a warranty from this side. A transfer in cryptocurrency sent to the wrong address: there is no reversal, and there was none when that payment method was described either.

The texts, the tables and the illustrations are the work of this editor. A sentence or a paragraph, with the name of the site and a link to the original page, is fine and needs no permission.

Written permission is needed for everything beyond that: reproducing a whole pricing table, translating one into another language, dissolving it into a text of your own without saying where it came from, or republishing it on another domain. The illustrations are not licensed in any case, and every one of them is generated and shows no real person.

Only people aged 18 or over may read these pages. The window that appears on arrival records a statement by you, not a verification of identity, and answering it falsely is on whoever does it. These terms are governed by Philippine law, disputes go before the competent courts of the Philippines, and the version that counts is the one published on this page with its year in view. What is recorded from your visit is in what this site receives.

Nothing on this site permits producing or circulating intimate material of a person who did not expressly agree to it. Under Republic Act 9995, copying, reproducing, selling, distributing, publishing or broadcasting that kind of recording without the written consent of the person in it is punished by three to seven years of imprisonment and a fine of ₱100,000 to ₱500,000 — and the statute adds that this holds even where consent to make the original recording had been given. Section 6 of Republic Act 10175, the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, raises the penalty by one degree when an offence under another law is committed through information and communications technologies.
